These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Stashouse Originals website at stashouse.clothing and any purchase you make from Stashouse Originals ("we," "us," "our"). By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. About our products
Stashouse Originals sells throwback graphic tees and hoodies that are made to order. Designs are heat-transfer printed on Gildan 5000 tees and Gildan 18500 hoodies. Colors on screen may vary slightly from the finished product, and minor variations in print placement and color are a normal part of made-to-order apparel. Please check the Size Guide and the size information on each product page before ordering.

All designs sold by Stashouse Originals are produced under license or with the permission of their rights holders. Names, likenesses, logos and trademarks shown on products belong to their respective owners and are used under license. Stashouse Originals is not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by any player, team, league, artist or studio unless a product page says so.

2. Custom designs
We take custom work only through the 'Request a Design' form on our site. Submitting a request does not create an order. We'll review your request and contact you about the details, and we may decline any request.

3. Orders
Placing an order is an offer to buy. We may accept or decline any order, for example if an item is unavailable, a pricing error appears, or we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order after you've paid, we'll refund you in full. Because items are made to order, orders can only be changed or canceled within 24 hours of purchase. Contact us right away at support@stashouse.clothing if you need a change.

4. Prices and payment
Prices are listed in US dollars and may change at any time without notice. Prices do not include shipping or applicable sales tax, which are shown at checkout. Payment is due in full when you place your order and is handled by our payment processor, such as Wix Payments or PayPal.

5. Shipping
Orders ship from Columbus, Ohio via USPS, within the United States only. Orders are made and shipped within 3–5 business days, and delivery usually takes about 3 business days after that. We are closed and do not ship on major US holidays. These times are estimates, not guarantees. If a package is returned because the customer gave a wrong or incomplete address, the customer pays the cost to reship. See our Shipping Policy for details.

6. Returns and refunds
Because every item is made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for size, fit, or change of mind. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or wrong, contact us at support@stashouse.clothing within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of the item and packaging, and we'll send a replacement or give you a refund. 7. Intellectual property
All content on this site, including original designs, artwork, graphics, logos, text, and photos created by Stashouse Originals, is owned by or licensed to Stashouse Originals. You may not copy, reproduce, or resell it without our written permission. Third-party names and trademarks belong to their respective owners.

8. Use of the site
You agree not to misuse the site, including by attempting to interfere with its operation, using it for unlawful purposes, or submitting false information.

9. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The site and products are provided "as is" to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the extent allowed by law, Stashouse Originals is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim related to an order will not exceed the amount you paid for that order.

10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

11. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. The version posted on the site when you place an order applies to that order.
