Orders are made and shipped within 3–5 business days from Columbus, Ohio via USPS (United States Postal Service), and delivery usually takes about 3 business days after that. We're closed and don't ship on major US holidays. We currently ship within the US only. Shipping is $5.95 per order anywhere in the US, no matter how many items you order, and shipping is FREE on orders of $75 or more. As soon as your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number. Because our products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect sizes, changes of mind, or personal preferences.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items 

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we're here to make it right! 

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include: 

• Your order number 

• A brief description of the issue 

• Clear photos showing the problem 

Once reviewed, we'll work with you to arrange a replacement or refund, as appropriate, at no additional cost for a verified error. 

Order Cancellations 

Orders can be changed or canceled only within 24 hours of purchase. Email support@stashouse.clothing right away with your order number. After 24 hours, orders can't be changed or canceled.
